Return Time Frame: 

  • You have 30 days from the date of invoice to initiate a return subject to our return policy outlined below. All sales are final after 30 days.
  • 15% restocking fee on all orders returned.
  • No returns on socks that have been removed from the packaging. We cannot resell socks that have been worn or removed from the package due to hygiene issues.
  • No returns on disposable paper or poly paper products (disposable bibs & disposable underpads).
  • No returns on washable reusable underpads. These are hygiene products.
  • On large orders we charge a maximum for shipping of $69.95 on this website. Even though you were charged $69.95 for shipping we might have been charged several hundred dollars to ship the items to you. We absorb this additional cost on large orders. If large orders are returned we will impose a restocking fee to recover our "actual lost" shipping costs.
  • Some people do buy our pillowcases to screen print or crafts, HOWEVER, they are manufactured with institutional use in mind. Keeping this in mind a small percentage of the pillowcases might not meet "some" of the screen printers or crafters quality if perfection in each pillowcase is examined. If you buy for screen printing always assume 1% to 2% might not meet your needs and buy extra for your project. We do not provide credit for pillowcases used for screen printing if minor errors in quality are present. If the pillowcase can still be used on a pillow it is considered fine by our standards. If you want to purchase high thread count pillowcases you might consider stopping in at your local linen/bedding department store.

To Qualify for a Return:

  • You can either email or telephone us and request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Return shipments made without a valid RA number clearly written on the shipping label of the box will not be accepted.
  • All products must be in the original manufacturer's packaging, contain all of the original literature, be unused, and in a resalable form.
  • Items shown on the website as SECOND QUALITY cannot be returned. Second quality sales are final.
  • If you receive an item with Manufacturer Sewing Defects we will replace the item for you and we will pay for the domestic shipping on the exchange.
  • We do not accept returns on bedding or towels. According to federal law and due to obvious hygiene issues bedding items are not allowed to be resold if used at all. If you buy washable reusable underpads we will accept returns on unused unwashed items.
  • Returned items that are used, damaged, or are missing parts will not be accepted. The item needs to be returned in the same condition as when it was shipped to you.
  • Some items that have electrical components may require guided testing by a manufacturer's representative before we will authorize an RA number.
  • You are responsible for shipping costs to return products that are authorized an RA number.
  • Special orders are not returnable. Screen printed orders are non returnable. All special orders are non returnable. If we have items made overseas for you the items are non returnable. All sales and shipments made on FOB terms from overseas are final. We can order items in directly from overseas for you and have the items imported with our regular items.

All items returned under this return policy are eligible for a full refund of the product purchase price, minus shipping. Items returned to us that do not follow this return policy may be returned to you at your expense. If you deny delivery we will charge you the shipping cost.

We reserve the right to issue a RA number in some circumstances that do not meet this return policy.

Returning an Item:

  1. You can either email or telephone us and request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Return shipments made without a valid RA number clearly written on the outside of the box will not be accepted.

  3. Pack the item in the box it was mailed to you in or a comparable box.
  4. Enclose a copy of the original invoice in the box. If you have misplaced the invoice please provide your name, address, telephone number, order number and telephone number inside of the box.
  5. We will not accept COD returns.
  6. You are responsible for paying for the return shipment.
