How to put a pillowcase on a pillow?

  1. Make sure you have the proper size pillowcase that will fit the pillow. Common size pillows and cases will be standard, queen and king size. A queen size pillowcase is often also used for a standard size pillow.
  2. Place the pillow between your chin and chest and hold it tightly. Make sure the pillow is held in the lengthwise position toward the floor.
  3. Grasp the open end of the pillowcase with both hands. Place the pillowcase below the pillow and slide the open end of the pillowcase up and over the pillow.
  4. Let go of the pillow between the chest and chin and shake the pillowcase over the pillow with both hands.
