Our Sateen Pillowcases are made of cotton that has a satin-like feel. Sateen refers to the method in which the pillowcase was woven. Sateen weave means there is one vertical thread used or woven for every four or more horizontal threads woven. This causes more threads to be exposed to the surface which results in a pillowcase that is much smoother than if it was woven one vertical thread over one horizontal thread.
